Following the update of the JCR this year, the Impact Factor for the CDSR has increased from 6.032 to 6.035. One review was removed from the denominator of the CDSR Impact Factor calculation. We would like to now inform the Cochrane community about the broad areas of work that Cochrane agreed to work on with WHO from 2016-2018, and what we expect this to result in.
The plan of work with WHO can be divided into four broad lines of work:External link for more information: https://community.cochrane.org/about-us/relations-world... Contributor's Information Contributor's name: Sylvia de Haan Email address: email@example.com

Power estimates in meta-analysis were discussed in the methods debate at the recent Cochrane Colloquium in Vienna, featuring Ian Roberts and Jos Verbeek, and prompted a lively discussion. A recent publication in Anesthesia & Analgesia assessing power and precision in published meta-analyses has highlighted the size of the problem and thus the importance of this debate.
