Sarah Watson - Head of Finance and Core Services
My job is to lead and support the FCS team in providing Finance, Human Resources and Administrative functions which support operational activity across the organisation this includes financial reporting, budgeting, group monitoring and support to the CSG, CEO and the senior management team, I am also responsible for ensuring we comply with statutory reporting requirements and act as company secretary for Cochrane and Cochrane Innovations.
Janine Bourne - Human Resources Manager
My job is to provide a responsive, effective, efficient and comprehensive Human Resources service in order to support the strategic aims and operational activities of the organisation. This includes recruitment, payroll, pensions, updating policies and procedures, systems administration.
Linda Nici - Finance and Core Services Assistant
My job is to assist our HR and Finance teams to deliver a responsive, pro-active service. I do this by ensuring the Sage database and other records are up to date and maintained, I support the recruitment process by managing candidate responses, arranging references and making arrangements for new starters. With the finance team I monitor contractual arrangements and payment terms and currently I also manage the credit card administration.
Maya Sapir - Operations Support Officer
My job is to provide administrative support to the Central Executive Team and manage the smooth running of operations in the London Office. I am responsible for managing the Colloquium Stipends process, the annual Prizes and Awards and arranging the annual CET meeting. 50% of my time is also spent supporting the Communication and External Affairs team with fundraising.
Oliver Willis - Team Administrator
My job is to provide administrative support to the Central Executive Team, act as the first point of contact for visitors, telephone and e-mail enquiries and provide PA support to three heads of department.
Cheryl Barrow – Financial Accountant
My job is to contribute to the monthly management pack, support the finance team, support the budgeting process and produce final year end accounts for audit; while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
Lorna McAlley - Finance Assistant
My job is to manage the purchase ledger for the charity and its subsidiaries. I ensure payments are made on time for payroll, suppliers and expenses. I also respond to accounts/payments queries.
