Yes - I work as an IT consultant for the following who are in the health field: Better Value Healthcare, James Lind Initiative, Centre for Sustainable Healthcare, and for other individuals and practices.

No

Yes - I do not perceive it as a conflict of interest but I should like to declare that my wife Carol Lefebvre is also involved in Cochrane.
