Yes - I hold an Auckland Medical Research Foundation Fellowship to conduct research in the area of self-harm prevention in young people (development of an app). I am funded by CureKids for research in youth mental health. I am the theme leader for the resilient teens theme of A Better Start E Tipu E Rea National Science Challenge, funded by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment. I am an investigator on various philanthropic-funded projects, and on Australian Government NHMRC project grants. I am currently the Acting Director of the Suicide Prevention Centre, Ministry of Health, New Zealand.
