Support for Managing Editors

  • Non-technical support: Contact Managing Editor (ME) Support first (see the ME Support Team page; Contact email: mesupport@cochrane.org), unless the query is obviously technical, eg you get an error.
  • Technical support: If your query is a technical issue, eg a malfunction of the system, use the Help menu in Archie or RevMan to report a problem or make a suggestion and your email will be responded to quickly.
  • Technical queries: If using the Help reporting systems is not practical, ie you can’t open the software; please write to our technical support service (techsupport@cochrane.org) - these are continuously monitored by IKMD Support during Central European Time Office hours, as are any user story or problems reported.

Support for other CRG staff 

  • Other CRG staff should contact their ME in the first instance. If the query needs further advice, the ME can submit the issue via the Help menu in Archie or RevMan, or write to techsupport@cochrane.org.

Support for Cochrane Information Specialists

If you have a feature suggestion visit the RevMan Ideas forum. Ideas is a tool for collecting and prioritising feedback from our Cochrane contributors. Users post issues or suggestions, and others vote and comment on these suggestions. Votes per person are limited, which helps our users and developers focus on the essential improvements needed.

Archie queries
