Once your Cochrane Review is in the final stages of completion, it's time to think about making sure the right people know about it. If you have a Cochrane Review preparing to publish, please review our Dissemination Criteria for Cochrane Reviews and then complete the Dissemination brief template for Cochrane Review Groups.
All Cochrane Reviews preparing for publication undergo evaluation for dissemination by Cochrane and Wiley editorial and communications staff.
Please contact Jo Anthony, Senior Media and Communications Manager, Communications and External Affairs Department, for more information.
Things you can do to disseminate your Cochrane Review:
- Present your findings at conferences. We have easy to use poster templates in your group’s Cochrane colour in the Community Templates section.
Share your review with colleagues. Publishing a Cochrane Review is a great achievement –share the news with your contact list and include a link to the Plain Language Summary.
Be visual. Share your Cochrane Review results in an animated video or blogshot. We have guidance and templates under the Cochrane Infographics and Blogshots section.
- Record a video: Interview the author or talk about your Review. This tip sheet will help you get started.
