Yes - I do not believe that I have accepted money from any organisation that would benefit directly financially or otherwise from my Cochrane activities other than Cochrane itself. However, in the interests of full transparency, I have accepted travel and accommodation expenses for invitations to speak at several conferences and meetings of learned societies. Most recently this included the International Stroke Conference of the AHA, Hawaii (2019), EuroPD, Krakow (2015), University of Ghent (2015), the Annual Meeting American Transplant Congress, Seattle (May 2013), 8th Asia Pacific Summit on organ transplantation, Hong Kong, (March 2013), The Transplant Society XXIII International Congress, Vancouver (2010) and American Society of Nephrology Philadelphia (2008).

Yes - In the interests of full transparency I declare my income sources: I am employed by Westmead Hospital, NSW as a Nephrologist. I am also employed as a Clinical Epidemiologist by the University of Sydney. I also work as a tutor for the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
