Yes - I have received research grants (as principle or co-investigator) from Cochrane, the UK Medical Research Council, the UK National Institute for Health Research, Cancer Research UK, World Health Organisation.

Yes - Honoraria for teaching from Bern University; for contribution to a systematic review from Iowa State University; for teaching from Johns Hopkins University.

Yes - I was a trustee of Cochrane until 2013.
