Cochrane  provides a comprehensive digital induction for all new staff working on our behalf. This includes new staff joining a Cochrane Group (e.g. Review Groups, Fields, Methods Groups or Geographic Groups) or those joining the Central Executive Team.

Through varied bite-size learning, staff will learn about:

• What Cochrane is – including our products, structure, strategy, and key policies
• Tools and systems – that we use for collaboration, support, and review production
• Training at Cochrane - the multiple learning opportunities available

Eligible staff will receive an invite within their first week of joining Cochrane, granting access to their induction on our platform Cochrane Learning Experiences.
