Yes - I have received consulting fees from government funded health agencies, NGOs and universities to provide advice on the development and implementation of guidelines and the design and delivery of primary care services. I do not work for the pharmaceutical, device or other private/ industry related organisations

Yes - I am a volunteer trustee of a not for profit primary care service, Takapau Health Service. I am an elected volunteer member of the NZ NGO Council I have been a volunteer trustee of the Guidelines International Network
