Yes - Received funding as research collaborator on systematic review grants (from NIHR, MRC, and ESRC)

b) Had paid consultancies: any paid work, consulting fees (in cash or kind) from a related organisation?
Yes - External part-time freelance research as a co-applicant on NIHR-funded meta-ethnography into children's chronic pain (led by Stirling University and review registered with Cochrane PaPaS).

c) Received honoraria: one-time payments (in cash or kind) from a related organisation?
Yes - Yes NIHR and Department for Health - for reviewing research proposals / final reports.

d) Served as a director, officer, partner, trustee, employee or held a position of management with a related organisation?
No
