Yes - During and following my Master in Public Health Program, I received funding for research projects from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Harvard University to conduct research. All funding for this ended in May 2018.

b) Had paid consultancies: any paid work, consulting fees (in cash or kind) from a related organisation?
Yes - I worked for the Cochrane Collaboration to plan the 2019 Cochrane Colloquium in Chile from Feb-Dec 2019.

c) Received honoraria: one-time payments (in cash or kind) from a related organisation?
No
