a) Received research funding: any grant, contract or gift, commissioned research, or fellowship from The Cochrane Collaboration or a related organisation (i.e. any organisation related to health care or medical research) to conduct research?
Yes - I have contract as a consultant from the Department of Epidemiology, Lazio Regional Health Service, to conduct systematic reviews in a variety of health-related topics. I also have a contract from the same department to work as quality advisor and Coordinating Editor of the Cochrane Drugs and Alcohol Group. Since January 2021 I have a contract as a consultant with the Cochrane Rehabilitation Field for methodological support to the group. Finally, I have a contract as a consultant with the Mario Negri Institute to conduct systematic reviews in a variety of health-related topics.

b) Had paid consultancies: any paid work, consulting fees (in cash or kind) from a related organisation?
Yes - I received consulting fees for conducting systematic reviews in a variety of health-related topics from University of Milan and Modena-Reggio Emilia and Regional Health Services.

c) Received honoraria: one-time payments (in cash or kind) from a related organisation?
Yes - I received honoraria for providing lectures in courses on systematic reviews and clinical guidelines at the University of Milan and Modena-Reggio Emilia.

d) Served as a director, officer, partner, trustee, employee or held a position of management with a related organisation?
No

e) Possessed share-holdings, stock, stock options, equity with a related organisation (excludes mutual funds or similar arrangements where the individual has no control over the selection of the shares)?
