1. Financial interests

a) Received research funding: any grant, contract or gift, commissioned research, or fellowship from The Cochrane Collaboration or a related organisation (i.e. any organisation related to health care or medical research) to conduct research?
Yes - I am the Director of the charity Science for All, and have been paid by that charity to do work on a number of research projects funded by the Australian government (via Science for All).

b) Had paid consultancies: any paid work, consulting fees (in cash or kind) from a related organisation?
Yes - I am the Director of the charity Science for All, and have been paid by that charity to do consultancy work for a number of health organisations. Science for All also received a grant from the Wikimedia Foundation, a partner organisation of Cochrane. I am a member of Australian Federal Departments of Health's Medical Services Advisory Committee Evaluation Sub-committee and am paid for my time on that meeting as a representative. Paid work via Science for All on projects for the University of Queensland (MRF2007650).

c) Received honoraria: one-time payments (in cash or kind) from a related organisation?
Yes - Honorarium for speaking at a webinar from a number of organisations including Ludwig Boltzmann Gesellschaft and Rare Voices Australia

d) Served as a director, officer, partner, trustee, employee or held a position of management with a related organisation?
Yes - I volunteer as Director of the charity Science for All

e) Possessed share-holdings, stock, stock options, equity with a related organisation (excludes mutual funds or similar arrangements where the individual has no control over the selection of the shares)?
No

f) Received personal gifts from a related organisation?
No
