Yes - I have received consulting fees from Cochrane Infectious Diseases, McGill University (Montreal), Stellenbosch University (Cape Town), Baylor Medical College (Houston), The Foundation for Innovative New Diagnostics (FIND, Geneva), and the WHO Global TB Programme (Geneva), all related to the performance of systematic reviews and preparation of GRADE tables. In addition, I have received financial support for honoraria (McGil University) and travel support to attend WHO Guideline Development Group meetings. As part of a grant from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) through McGill University (Montreal), I received reimbursement for attending TB Science and the Union World Conference on Lung Health (virtual, 2021 and 2020; Hyderabad, 2019). I also received support to purchase a laptop and software.
