Yes - As part of a grant from McGill University, I have received reimbursement for attending TB Science and the Union World Conference on Lung Health (Hyderabad, 2019), the Union World Conference on Lung Health (The Hague, 2018), and MEMTAB (Utrecht, 2018).

Yes - I have received consulting fees from CIDG, McGill University, Stellenbosch University, FIND, and the WHO, all related to the performance of systematic reviews and preparation of GRADE tables.
