Yes - I have received consulting fees from Amsterdam Medical Ctr (Amsterdam), Baylor Medical College (Houston), Cochrane Infectious Diseases (Liverpool), FIND, the global alliance for diagnostics (Geneva), Maastricht University (Maastricht), McGill University (Montreal), Stellenbosch University (Stellenbosch), TB Proof (South Africa), Tulane University (New Orleans), and the WHO Global Tuberculosis Programme (Geneva), all related to the performance of systematic reviews and preparation of GRADE tables. In addition, I have received honoraria for education (McGill University) and travel support to attend WHO Guideline Development Group Meetings. As part of a grant from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) through McGill University (Montreal), I received reimbursement for attending TB Science and the Union World Conference on Lung Health (virtual, 2021 and 2020; Hyderabad, 2019). I also received support to purchase a laptop and software.
