Yes - Research grants from the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Swedish AFA-insurance, and Folksam research foundation. Have also received unrestricted research grants from the Biogen and Celgene.

Yes - Consultant fees from Sanofi. Paid work from the Swedish health technology assessment authority

c) Received honoraria: one-time payments (in cash or kind) from a related organisation?
Yes - Speaking fees from Merck and Sanofi
