Yes - From Singapore National Medical Research Council Core grant funding for organization that hosts Cochrane Singapore (FY2017 - 2021).

b) Had paid consultancies: any paid work, consulting fees (in cash or kind) from a related organisation?
Yes - From the National Healthcare Group as member of an IRB. From Duke-NUS Medical School for teaching Literature Critical Appraisal skills to Medical students and mentoring Masters students in research. From PSB Academy for teaching a Bachelor level Epidemiology module.

c) Received honoraria: one-time payments (in cash or kind) from a related organisation?
Yes - From Singapore National Medical Research Council as a grant peer reviewer. From National University Hospital as an EBM workshop facilitator.

d) Served as a director, officer, partner, trustee, employee or held a position of management with a related organisation?
Yes - Employed full-time as Chief Scientific Officer of the Singapore Clinical Research Institute.

e) Possessed share-holdings, stock, stock options, equity with a related organisation (excludes mutual funds or similar arrangements where the individual has no control over the selection of the shares)?
