Yes - I have received funding from the National Institute of Health Research, Well being of Women, Bart's Charity. I received a hard copy of the Cochrane Intervention Handbook for my author contribution on chapter 20.

b) Had paid consultancies: any paid work, consulting fees (in cash or kind) from a related organisation?
Yes - I delivered 2 x 2 hour workshops on Qualitative Evidence Synthesis topics for review teams funded through the US Agency For Healthcare Research and Quality (the Evidence-based Practice Center Program). ​
