Yes - I am a statistical editor for JAMA Network Open, for which I receive compensation as a contractor. I have retired from Johnson & Johnson, where I was formerly a full-time employee.

No

Yes - See above. I was formerly an executive at Johnson & Johnson. I retired at the end of August, 2021.

Yes - I own shares of J&J stock and have stock options.
