Yes - I am full-time faculty with the Cochrane Eyes and Vision US Project, which is funded by the US National Eye Institute

b) Had paid consultancies: any paid work, consulting fees (in cash or kind) from a related organisation?
Yes - I do minor consulting (1 hr per week, $30/hr) with PICO Portal, an AI-assisted systematic review tool, to provide input into the development and features from a systematic reviewer's perspective.

c) Received honoraria: one-time payments (in cash or kind) from a related organisation?
Yes - I gave a talk and workshop to the US Medical Librarian's Association on how to conduct peer review of systematic reviews and evaluate the reliability of published systematic review methods ($500).

d) Served as a director, officer, partner, trustee, employee or held a position of management with a related organisation?
No
