Planning, Reporting and Accountability

All Groups in Cochrane’s Geographical network are ultimately accountable for their operational activities to Cochrane’s CEO, and through him/her to Cochrane’s Governing Board. However, only Cochrane Centres and Networks are directly accountable to the CEO.

Cochrane Associates and Affiliates are accountable to their Cochrane Centre or Network.

Directors of Cochrane Centres and Networks meet quarterly with the CEO’s Office to review progress in relation to their strategic plan, and identify any areas of support the Cochrane Central Executive team can provide.

The document Responsibilities of Cochrane’s Central Executive Team to a Centre, provides additional information on the support provided to Cochrane Geographic Groups.
