Cochrane Russia translates and records Cochrane podcasts in Russian language on a regular basis, now with active involvement of our volunteer translators. This podcast was translated and recorded by Cochrane Russian volunteer Saida Hkarisova. It is of special importance that the review deals with common health problem and simple, cheap methods of managing the problem. It was a highlighted review in the Cochrane Library.
