Please give additional activity details (i.e., reach, impact, duration, return on investment) Two online focus groups were held to explore volunteers' (n=7) and non-volunteers' (n=12) experiences and expectations. Detailed instructions on how to get involved were shared. Feedback was forwarded to Ann Shackleton, to help inform Cochrane's Volunteering Strategy.
